Performance; oysters are shucked and eaten by performers and audience alike, to a layered soundtrack featuring field recordings of mouths slurping oysters and a poetic spoken narrative linking oysters and humans through the ecology of eating. Performed in Boston, New York, and Toronto.

Materials: Oysters; shucking knife; wire brush; bowl of water; lemon
