How To Go Gently

––

Full room installation; a hyper-sensitive environment that shifted and swayed with each small movement. At night, the room became a theatre for flashlight projections, with viewers casting spidery shadows on the walls. Exhibited for La Petite Mort d’Automne, at St. Elisabeth Church (2006) and as part of the Fences & Ladders emerging artists series (2007), both in Montreal.

Materials: 500 milkweed seeds; white thread; breath; movement; flashlights.
